CANCELLATION POLICY
We totally understand that life happens — but please do your best to communicate ! Clients who cancel within 24hours/ SAME-DAY will be charged 20% of the service total. NO CALL / NO- SHOW will automatically be charged 100% of service. No exceptions. This policy helps respect everyone’s time — including yours — and allows me to better manage my schedule and accommodate other clients. If you're running behind, please notify me as soon as possible! I’ll do my best to accommodate you. You have a 5 minute grace period, 10 minutes late will result in a shortened service and a charge of $15. However, if you’re 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, depending on the day’s schedule. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Card, Zelle Sick Policy Feeling under the weather? Please reschedule if you’re experiencing cold, flu, or any contagious symptoms. I reserve the right to refuse service if you arrive visibly ill, in which case cancellation fees may still apply. This protects my health and the health of other clients. Guests & Children policy No Extra Guests My space is cozy and not child-friendly, and appointments involve tools and equipment that require a calm, focused environment.
